01.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Equity Rank, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the service.

02.Description of Service

Equity Rank is an investment research and analysis tool providing algorithmic stock scores, valuation models, and AI-generated commentary. The service is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

03.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

04.Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to maintain the security of your credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

05.Subscription, Billing, and Free Plan

Free Plan. Equity Rank offers a no-payment Free plan that does not require a credit card. Free plan access is subject to usage limits that may change over time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material reduction in Free plan feature availability. No billing relationship exists between Equity Rank and a Free plan user unless and until that user purchases a paid subscription.

14-Day Preview. New accounts created without a payment method receive a 14-day full-access preview period at no charge. At the end of the preview period, the account automatically transitions to the Free plan unless a paid subscription is purchased. No card is charged and no billing is initiated at preview expiry.

Paid Subscriptions. Equity Rank also offers paid subscription plans (currently Starter, Founder, and Pro). Paid subscriptions begin after a 7-day card trial. You will be charged at the end of the 7-day trial period unless you cancel before it expires. Subscriptions auto-renew at the applicable rate unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. The 7-day card trial and all auto-charge terms in this section apply exclusively to paid subscription plans and do not apply to Free plan or preview accounts.

05a.Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. There are no cancellation fees. Once cancelled, you retain full access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

14-day free preview. The 14-day full-access preview available to no-card signups carries no billing obligation. At preview end, the account moves to the Free plan automatically. There is nothing to cancel and no charge is ever issued for the preview period.

7-day paid trial. If you start a paid subscription and cancel during the 7-day card trial, you will not be charged. Your paid access ends immediately upon trial cancellation and the account returns to Free plan status.

All charges. Subscription charges are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused subscription time. If you have a billing question, contact [email protected].

05b.Free Plan Limits

The Free plan is provided at our discretion. Current Free plan limits include, without limitation: three (3) full valuation pages per calendar month, access to the top-10 screener preview, and one (1) watchlist of up to ten (10) tickers. Options analysis, AI-generated commentary, scenario tools, and full screener access are not included in the Free plan.

We reserve the right to modify, reduce, or discontinue Free plan features at any time. Where practicable, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice of any material reduction in Free plan access via email or in-app notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from changes to or discontinuation of the Free plan.

06.Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• (a)use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• (b)scrape, copy, cache, or redistribute our data, scores, or content in any form;
• (c)attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our algorithms or models;
• (d)share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to any third party;
• (e)use the service as a basis for providing commercial investment advice to third parties;
• (f)create multiple accounts for the purpose of repeatedly accessing free or preview features (one account per person).

07.Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, valuation models, and software comprising Equity Rank are the exclusive property of Equity Rank and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

08.No Investment Advice

Equity Rank does not provide investment advice. All content published on this platform is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument. You should consult a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

09.Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY DATA, VALUATION, OR ANALYSIS PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

10.Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EQUITY RANK AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FINANCIAL LOSSES, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11.Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Equity Rank and its officers, directors, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

12.Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to the service or other users. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

13.Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice where practicable. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
