01.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Equity Rank, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the service.

02.Description of Service

Equity Rank is an investment research and analysis tool providing algorithmic stock scores, valuation models, and AI-generated commentary. The service is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

03.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

04.Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to maintain the security of your credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

05.Subscription and Billing

Equity Rank offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Your subscription begins after a 7-day free trial. You will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it expires. Subscriptions auto-renew at the applicable rate unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

05a.Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. There are no cancellation fees. Once cancelled, you retain full access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Free trial. If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, you will not be charged. Your access ends immediately upon trial cancellation.

60-day money-back guarantee. If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied, email [email protected] within 60 days of your first charge and we will refund that charge in full. No forms, no questions. This guarantee applies once per customer account and covers the first paid charge only. It does not apply to subsequent renewals or charges made after the 60-day window has elapsed.

All other charges. Except as described above, subscription charges are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused subscription time after the guarantee window, or voluntary cancellations beyond the 60-day window.

06.Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• (a)use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• (b)scrape, copy, cache, or redistribute our data, scores, or content in any form;
• (c)attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our algorithms or models;
• (d)share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to any third party;
• (e)use the service as a basis for providing commercial investment advice to third parties.

07.Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, valuation models, and software comprising Equity Rank are the exclusive property of Equity Rank and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

08.No Investment Advice

Equity Rank does not provide investment advice. All content published on this platform is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument. You should consult a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

09.Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY DATA, VALUATION, OR ANALYSIS PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

10.Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EQUITY RANK AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FINANCIAL LOSSES, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11.Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Equity Rank and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

12.Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to the service or other users. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

13.Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice where practicable. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
